Spring Break:
Happy Spring Break! As a reminder, Friday, April 10 and Monday, April 13 are scheduled spring break days for St. Cloud Area School District. There will be no distance learning. Also, there is no Grab n Go food service or essential worker daycare provided through Boys and Girls Club.

Distance Learning from Home
Secondary teachers will post activities, assignments, and assessments on Schoology each day by 10 am.
Teachers will be available by phone, email, and Schoology between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Students must log in to Schoology each day, and all work will be submitted through Schoology.
Families can monitor student academic progress through Schoology and Skyward. Course materials and assignments can be viewed through Schoology. Grades and missing assignments are viewed through Skyward.

A recent report from the American Academy of Pediatrics entitled "Media Use in School-Aged Children and Adolescents" (October 2016) outlines a series of recommendations pertaining to screen time for children ages 5-18 years old. A full report is also available for download. This study describes both the benefits and risks for media use by young people.
Anyone requiring additional support should contact their school’s media specialist, administrator, or school counselor.
