Tech High School Announcements for Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019
The deadline to register for the April 2 Test Day is Friday, Jan. 18.
Students are able to take either the ACT test OR the Accuplacer test.
Please look in Schoology for instructions on how to register in Skyward Family Access and how to pay through Revtrack.
Please only register for ONE test.
Paranoia is Back! Tickets will be sold January 16th-18th, before school and during lunches outside of the lunch room. The game will start Monday, Jan. 23 and will end Feb. 1, or until there is a winner.
Dance Tickets are available for $8.00 in the Activities Office.
REMINDER: we are checking student IDs in the LRC. Be prepared to show your student ID if you have business in the LRC. If you need a new ID, they are available on Tuesdays between 9:25 and 10:40 a.m. at a cost of $5.00.
The GSA Meeting will be in room 202 on Thursdays after school – any questions see Ms. Fuller.
Dreamline Homework Help is Monday-Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the LRC. Open to all students, grades 9-12!

Interested in Trap Shooting. You need to have a gun safety license to participate. Sign up in the Activities Office.
Sign club will meet in room 264 from 3:30-5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17.
Are you interested in collaborating in a cultural learning experience?
A unique opportunity is available through a program called Communicating Common Ground. Students from Apollo, Tech, ROCORI, Foley and Sauk Rapids-Rice High Schools will come together to learn ways to build community, create peace, and communicate positively. The program is facilitated by Dr. Eddah Mutua, Professor for the Department of Communications Studies, and her college students from SCSU. Meeting dates are 2/13, 2/27, 3/20, 3/27, 4/10, and 4/24 from 3:40-5:40pm. This is an incredible learning opportunity! Interested students should see Ms. Haas in the SSO for more information and a permission form. Forms must be returned by Jan. 25.
