Important End of the Year Dates for Seniors

We are excited to share some important dates and times with you in regard to graduation and the events surrounding graduation.

Please remind your student that they should go to Schoology sometime this week and fill out the survey to pick their class motto, faculty speaker for graduation and sign up to audition to be the senior speaker for graduation, if they are interested in auditioning.

Friday, May 27th-This is the last day for seniors to be assigned new homework or tests.

Tuesday, May 31st-This is the last day for seniors, laptops will be turned in after the students last class of the day.  Seniors will pick up their cap and gown and their 8 tickets to graduation at this time.

Thursday, June 2nd-The graduates and families will have an opportunity to follow the parade route on the Apollo grounds as we celebrate the class of 2022.  Lineup will begin at 4:30pm. Graduating seniors will have their cap and gowns and can wear them in the parade to be recognized by those in attendance. If you need assistance in participating, please follow up with AP Skaalerud.

Friday, June 3rd-Graduation rehearsal at 9am at the River's Edge Convention Center for all graduates participating in the graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 4th.

Saturday, June 4th-Apollo graduation at River's Edge Convention Center at 11am.  Doors will open for ticket holders at 10am, no flowers or balloons are permitted in the venue.  Each graduate will have received their 8 tickets on Tuesday, May 31st.  This event will be live streamed and that link will be shared in May.

Saturday, June 4th-The Apollo Senior Grad Party is an event that is hosted by a parent group and is held at Apollo the night of graduation.  It is an event that has a long tradition and has been happening for over 30 years.  If you are interested in signing up for this event or getting more information about it, have your student stop by the guidance office.
