2025-26: A Strong First Year

During the 2025-26 school year, Ready, Set, School provided student school supplies to all District 742 preschool classrooms and Talahi Community School classrooms.

This effort was made possible through the generosity of Tom and Janet Grones, who supported Talahi students in grades K-3 and St. Cloud Rotaract, which supported preschool classrooms.

Beyond supplying classrooms with needed materials, the program also demonstrated a sustainable approach to supporting students. Because the supplies were donated to classrooms rather than individual students, they can continue to benefit future learners while helping teachers maintain well-stocked learning environments.

The successful pilot year established a strong foundation for the future of Ready, Set, School and its mission to support student success.

After a successful first year, Ready, Set, School is poised to grow. Our goal was to expand the program beyond preschool and Talahi Community School and provide essential school supplies to every elementary classroom across District 742.
