Welcome First Grade Families! I am beyond excited to be your teacher and work with your child! My name is Mikayla Wood, and this will be my fourth year teaching at Talahi. I have been teaching for five years now and have taught Preschool and Kindergarten. This will be my first year teaching First Grade. I am thrilled to get to learn and experience this upcoming year with you. I will update this page periodically throughout the school year to keep you updated on all of the fun events and activities in our classroom. My goal is for you and your child to have the best year in First Grade.
