• Here is a short "at home" workout your child can use. The 3rd-5th grade students are somewhat familiar with these activities. Younger students should feel free to attempt any of the activities that they understand. We are eager to see who will bring back a note from parents telling us how many days they completed the activities! The pacer is a 20 meter pacer that can be found online for anyone that wants to try it! Good Luck! 

    Welcome to the Oak Hill Physical Education Program!

    This is my 11th year at Oak Hill and my 35th year of teaching. I graduated from Willmar High School where I participated in Football, Hockey and Tennis. I finished my first degree at St. Cloud State University where I also played tennis. I also have a Masters degree in Education from St. Mary's University. I want the students to have Fun and LOVE to come to Physical Education at Oak Hill. The greatest question is 'Do we have phy ed today?" I truly enjoy the opportunity to connect with your child in the gym!
    Our curriculum offers a wide variety of activities indoors and outdoors. The students at Oak Hill have opportunities to participate in Rollerblading, Cross Country Skiing in our big woods, bike riding, swimming, and peer mentoring. During the spring we also offer field days to our students.
    I also have been coaching at St. Cloud Tech High School since 1986-7. I was the assistant hockey coach for 7 years and I am currently the head coach for both the girl's tennis team and the boy's tennis team. Please feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks for visiting!
