Feeding 742 Kids

In St. Cloud Area Schools, we believe every student and staff member deserves to feel supported and cared for. When our school community faces uncertainty, it impacts all of us, especially our youth. That's why we've established comprehensive food security programs across our district to ensure that access to nutritious food and basic essentials is never a barrier to learning and thriving.
We know some of our families are feeling unsure about future SNAP benefits and access to food. When families face food stress, it can make learning and attending school harder. We want you to know you are not alone. Our school community is here to help.
We are working with local organizations that specialize in fundraising and food assistance to make sure students have what they need. In the coming weeks. Our community has always taken care of one another, and we will continue to do so. Thank you for your strength, kindness and partnership. - Superintendent Putnam
