Business Services

The business services department at St. Cloud Area Schools is responsible for areas of budget preparation, purchasing procedures and policies, bidding, elections, financial statement presentation and tax levy preparation. We assist the school board and administration in communicating financial information to the public through monthly financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets, which are posted on the school district’s website. The department also supports the school buildings and other departments in areas of financial, purchasing and budgeting issues.
