Welcome to First Grade!

     I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year!  Teaching is both my passion and my hobby, I love to create new learning experiences for my firsties! I am looking forward to a year full of learning, fun and new adventures.  Some of the exciting things we will be studying about this year are rocks, penguins, insects, our family and community, and much more.  First grade is a year of tremendous growth for your child, both academically and socially.  I absolutely love helping each child develop to their full potential while in my classroom.  By working together your child will have an amazing year!
