Course Credits

Central MN Virtual Academy students complete a course of study to gain the knowledge and skills needed for lifelong success in learning, career and life. This also satisfies the required Minnesota academic standards.

Every Central MN Virtual Academy student must complete at least the minimum course credit requirements, outlined below, including a requirement of 63 total trimester credits.

• Social Studies:  11
• Mathematics:  9
• Science:  9
• Fine Arts:  3
• Physical Education:  2
• Health:  1
• Electives:  16
• Minimum Total:  63
