I teach Food Preparation Fundamentals and Culinary Arts I & II at Technical High School.
I was trained as a 92G, Culinary Expert, in the US Army. The Army provided an opportunity for me to obtain my educational training at the College of Saint Benedict. In addition to being a Culinary Expert, I have expertise in Social Studies, Economics & Secondary Education.
