You are a valuable community member and an important stakeholder in District 742. The purpose of this questionnaire is to invite you to provide feedback to district leadership and elected officials about matters of common interest regarding District 742.
If you have questions, ideas, concerns or compliments regarding District 742, and the educational services and programs provided by our public schools in relationship to the needs and achievement of our students, please fill out this questionnaire and return it to either of
the persons listed below. As an involved community stakeholder in District 742, we appreciate the value of your time. We are hopeful that you will give serious consideration to our invitation for you to provide us with timely advice, information and feedback.
