Tech
Parents~
The safety
of your child(ren) while they are in our care is one of our primary
concerns at Tech High School, and we work extremely hard to ensure your
child’s safety. At this time we have been told that all of our doors need
to be locked and if they are unlocked they must be monitored by an adult.
The
following changes were implemented Monday, February 22nd.
ALL
DOORS WILL REMAIN LOCKED FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE DAY.
Door 6 will
be opened and monitored at 7:30 a.m. and locked again at
8:30 a.m.
Door 20
will be opened and monitored at 7:45 a.m. and locked again at 8:30a.m.
Doors 1,
17, 19 will be opened and monitored at 8:00 a.m and locked again at 8:30
a.m.
Doors 19
and 20 will be monitored throughout the school day. This is the door
parents should enter when coming to school during school hours.
Door 1 will
be open and monitored from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
**Teachers
and Coaches can continue to offer early morning practice, activities, or
meetings. The only change will be teachers and coaches will have to
coordinate entry into the building.**
We
appreciate your cooperation in implementing these changes.
Have a wonderful day!
