Project Challenge is the Community Ed program that provides a variety of programs and services for adults with disabilities (AWD). It provides access to community education classes and activities within St. Cloud School District. Project Challenge is looking for some enthusiastic and committed people to fill the following positions:
Instructors: Our Instructors teach a variety of different classes and activities for Project Challenge. You do not need to be a trained teacher or Special Ed Professional to conduct a class. If you have a hobby or a passion for something, and would like to share it with others, then this is the place for you! Classes and activities run 1 to 3 hours with additional time for prep, and are generally located in school district buildings.
You don't need to be a trained Special Ed Instructor or Teacher. Disability Training is available through Project Challenge.
Qualities we are looking for include:- Reliability (show up when and where you are supposed to)
- Maturity (ability to handle difficult situations with self discipline)
- Sense of humor
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility
